The Importance of Observing People

We have no idea how long-term memory is actually organized, and we cannot grasp it conceptually. We are only aware of a very small part of it while the other parts are also working at the same time. But then again, we are not consciously aware of these things. So for me, I think it's important to make these things more concrete and then think about how they actually play the part when we learn.
