Many people, and myself included, fall into that trap of, ok, i'm going to measure my business success by the dollar and te checking account. So therefore, what that articulates then is, let's say if you miss one day of doing your habits, right? Bcause i have habits, i have a calendar that i mark down things on that i check off,. Little things. But i realize if i miss a day, that's ok. It's not the end of the world. I's got jump back on quick. Andand along those lines, man, the the final thing os something i think it's important, if you know someone's not exposed to yet
