The Importance of Working Hard

There's a process and an outcome, but you can only control the process. And what's even more important, once you recognize this, and you realize that you have very little, very little control of the outcome, that is incredibly, incredibly liberating. Because now you just focus on things you can control, and you stop worrying about things you don't control. That's such a useful bit of advice for pretty much every facet of life.
