Nicole Scherzinger has tried a cold shower for the first time. She says once you get past that initial shock, it's like your body kicks in its own central heating and says, oh, it's cold outside. The more you do it, the more your body gets used to it. "I always think that's a really great way to actually warm yourself from the inside," she said.
