Intro

Several years ago, one of my peers Elzie Flenard introduced me to motivational speaker Steve Pavlina.  Steve produced a number of great podcasts available to the public (uncopyright) on motivation, entrepreneurship and life balance.  For example, which patterns help us grow faster and squeeze more juice out of life? Which patterns slow us down or cause stagnation? Steve answered these questions in his book Personal Development for Smart People, published by Hay House in 2008. Listening to Steve is a great way to start the New Year.
