The Emotional Aspect of Learning
The emotional aspect of learning is often not even a consideration. If people aren't in a good space, or you haven't created a space where they can learn safely then we're not going to get great results. We don't have that consideration of a the emotional aspect of the learning process and where people are at when they're countring your content. So unless you emotionally impact somebody, your goig to work a lot harder at getting that a, getting that learning to stick.
