DuckDuckGo - Is DuckGo the Last Search Engine to Offer an API?

Even DuckDuckGo has pulled their API. Bing is the last search engine to offer an API, and they charge for it. Google has made it nearly impossible to even scrape results. But I think there's no idea who will win with like something to be called 'open AI'
