The Conflict Between Trump's Political Calendar and the Judiciary Calendar

I don't actually think that this trial is going to start on August 14. I think you are now going to very instantly see the Trump team file a bunch of motions trying to delay it. The other piece too is his lawyers need security clearances in order to move ahead because this evidence is classified and they don't have them. So there's one lawyer working on the case who probably will end up with the clearance, but I don't anticipate that August is a realistic timeframe. But I do think it clarifies thinking a bit on just what this overlap between not just this trial, Robert, but the others he is facing.
