The Differences Between Email and Social Media

YouTube is one of the few networks that's actually really good at both. I manage it as a group, essentially, right? It's all one to one communication,. But they all can all get together, you know, as well. So we do our best to get them an email because that is where we have our conversations. We are leading the group in through email as a media site.
