The default commit interval has been increased from one second to five seconds. The history and logbook both kind of have live streaming now. So you don't need to read the database after the initial sync every time, which is nice. If you're using home assistant OS home assistant container or home assistant supervised, then you don't have to do anything. That's what it means taking care of it for you.
