The Role of Community in Resilience

i hadn't explored before the role of community in resilience quite so much. i hosted a round table of people whot coming back to t office yesterday. And what you find is there lot of organizations have got three days a week as a policy. But just bringing people back on a random day of the week, like as listing to other podcasters, doesn't really work. You need a reason to be a community that people want to be part of,. and then they can still have their control, and you can still have meaningful community.
