The Importance of Language

i'm sure you would have had discussions around the difference between mental health and mental illness. I think one of the things that we struggle sometimes with when a is that if we get too pedantic on language, we have to remember that sometimes the horse as bolted. So rather than try to fight language issues, we just need to establish our language of engagement in organizations. Let's get to that common language ourselves.
