The Ethics of the Supreme Court
The Chief Justice has historically said the Supreme Court is AOK, ethically. All judges rely on something called the Code of Judicial Conduct to guide their behavior. The problem with the lack of transparency is you don't know what each justice is doing and I have a definite sense that justices see the imperatives differently.
