Passwords were not intended for multipmen. Over the last 20 years, it's just changed expedentially. The first real trust in the passford manager is that they store passwords very secure. There are other factors called mooring factors which keep you where you are despite your knowing the advantages of moving to a new country and the disadvantage of staying there. And so people felt that their pastwords were stronger than they actually were because they had created them, and they attached to them and owned them. So if you criticise their passwords, they become defensive. Once you understand that, you can't just parachute into somebody's life and say, 'You must now use a password manager'
