Florida Real Estate Market Is Booming

More and more homeowners across the state have no coverage. They cannot find coverage in any market right now. And yet, the real estate market is booming in Florida. Is it just a matter of time before this starts to show up in the difficulty of selling houses or property values actually falling? Eventually, this is going to have a negative impact on the values of real estate in Florida. If large numbers of them can't get it or it's prohibitively expensive, the housing market could tank. Local governments rely on a healthy housing market because they depend on property taxes for basic government services.
