Why B to B Buyers Are Changing Rapidly
Social media is our number one revenue and an customer acquisition channel by far. We have a podcast that doesn't get measured at all, we have word of mouth that don't get measured on attribution software. And then everything else that makes huge impacts, what i consider dark social channels, all get under reported or completely missed. I saw this effect since two thousand 17 when i went out and did a ton of qualitative market research.
