Have You Ever Been Trolled in a Multiplier Experience?

One of the bigger complaints that has come up repeatedly, both from gamers or from parents of gamers, a revolves around harassment over live voiced chat. Is there anything companies can do to help mitigate that threat? I do think there's a lot companies can do. And in fact, the larger players within the industry, so sone and microsoft and intendo, now they have regular conversations on how to address this very issue.
