The United States Is Retrenching

Since world war two, the united states has policed the world. The future is much less certain because that global sense of security and safety is not going to be guaranteed by the united states. There's very little political will in the united states for a global military action. Everyone's pretty much tired of wars. No one really cares much any more. Tera basically, security has not been an issue on the high seas since the united states instituted the new world order.
