The Fifth Circuit's Decision to Appeal the Injunction Issued by Judge O'Connor
I take it a last for the injunction issued by this Judge O'Connor to be staid. I'm just not convinced about what the Fifth Circuit will do when it decides on the merits. This opinion, whether it's because of the day it came out in the midst of all the Trump news, but it didn't get that much attention. People have become inured to these attacks on Obamacare, and they just think, oh, another attack, it'll be fine.
