The Originalist Case for Terrorizing Women

Strict Scrutiny

CHAPTER

The Oklahoma Death Penalty Case

The current case involves a challenged Oklahoma's rules that have prevented Mr. Glossip from introducing evidence and having a court consider evidence of his innocence. This is also the case in which now retired Justice Breyer wrote the famous dissent announcing that he and Justice Ginsburg who joined him wanted briefing on whether the death penalty was constitutional at all. So I don't know if I'm recommending or listeners go read it, but I guess this is a trigger warning if they decide they're interested based on your discussion and go. Just be warned.
