Are You a Leader Who Exudes Confidence?

i'm very confident with my abilities, but also aware that i have the weaknesses. I think people interpret me being aware of my weakness as a lack of confidence or maybe lack of ability to too make things happen. Part of being effective in terms of having leadership, presents right? And it's really the intersection bet those two things, being able to present yourself while still being connected to others. That is that intersection that we feel when we are that we are in the presence of an effective leader.
