The Importance of Paying Attention to Your Body
"I didn't even realize that I had a body. Bro, I just found my body like three years ago," he says. "Once you disconnect from the body, you disconnect from reality." A good way to get to a state of presence or non-robot like behavior is by noticing little things about how you're attached to the physical world. If your arms and legs are more neutral than your heart, there's probably a lot of suppressed emotions out there which may not be useful while you're trying to get something done.
