The first opportunity for him was doing okay on what they were called the old DTB screens. They were black and white, no price ladder, no depth, just literally a bit and an offer. But then the life-bund went completely onto APT which was the automated pit trading system that life had. So it literally became a system where if you were quick enough and smart enough you could trade with your left hand life APT buns and with your right hand, your ex DTB buns. It was the purest arbitrage that there was at the time. And I think it's one of the last sets of free money that the markets have ever given out.
