What's the Best Gravy?
It's rare to get the full Christmas dinner as the main course. I think people sometimes let themselves down with a gravy, you've got to have that. You can tell when it's a bad one with the food. We could call Mark the last bit in horror film, now. Great, the lead, they're lovely gravy. That's what else we've got. And yeah, sprouts. Well, probably steamed. But then the nice addition of chestnuts on. Some roast chestnuts sprinkled on top. Lovely. Can't ever go wrong with it.
