M, and the New Mission President, the Kareen Mission President

The new mission president came in, the kareen mission president, he was a much kinder, more gent, you know, a gentleman. M, and so we felt no pressure to hype numbers or anything like that. It was just a trade off, and it was numbers at all costs. Do whatever you need to do. Follow all the rules. But if you're not getting your numbers, then clearly your sinning and your not being obedient. And sothat that was this new context. In some ways it was good. It helped the mission, the mission and the missionaries learn how to be alittle bit more pro active and productive and effective.
