Sally Kohn: I was in the Supreme Court when the Harvard and UNC cases were argued. There is not one Asian student who came out to testify in court about the discrimination that they experienced, she says. Kohn: They went to that old trope, dividing conquer. Let's try to figure out a way to pit communities of color against each other. And so we end up in a situation where we're trying to fit their narrative.
