Virtual customers are a standardized way to measure customer reaction. Since it's standardized, you can use established methods like patient updating and combine them. But very often we just work on historical data, our clients already have. We also find this much more accurate because in historical data, people have voted with their money,. which is typically much more honest than when you ask them.
