I was getting locked up on all these one hour long Zoom calls when I would do one on one coaching for something that could have been done in 20 minutes. And so the asynchronous model is, and especially, I think the most important thing about it is bounding it. It had there has to be guardrails. Because it's like, if that's not going to work, right? You got to say, here are the guardrails of what you're doing.
