Portland Is a City on Rivers, and It's a Coastal City.

I spent a lot of time at the observatory. There is a place you can look down on ala. Most cities don't have a place where you can see the city. I mean, it's portland, right? It's got two rivers that have ports on them. The nickname of portland is stump town, which doesn't ark anyhire it as well, i think. But anyway, it's the ports that defined the place and caused it to be here.
