Design and Engineering

Design is to be a cycle ahead of engineering, so that by the time engineering 's ready to pick up and execute and and build the work, that cycle, the design's ready. And i think we've been trying to do that too much in parallel, in the same cycle. We have to make sure that we're front loading the design work in first half of the cycle so that cory can then storp building it in the second half. But one thing i have noticed with this whole idea of having six weeks is that we tend to just feel like projects should take six weeks, when sometimes they actually can take less.
