Immunizing a Baby Against Rotavirus

It's very hard to study this in humans because there is no situation where we can isolate just breast milk effects. And then the mouse, they were able to do that with genetic tools. And you can immunize for this. So let's say there is a gut bacteria in mom that antibodies against it promote a good microbiome ecosystem in the baby. Well, if mom isn't producing many of those for whatever reason, maybe her gut microbiome is dysbiotic, you could immunize against a piece of that bacteria. They do that to generate antibodies against that bacteria to end up in the baby's gut to promote this symbiosis in the baby and prevent pathogenic disease.
