Ukraine is now restricting electricity usage nationwide for the first time, following that barrage of Russian missile and drone strikes. UK Ministry of Defense has offered some analysis this morning, saying that Russia is considering withdrawing troops and equipment over the Neapro River. Institute of the Study of War believes that as a consequence of any withdrawal, it seems likely that Russia will seek to destroy the Dam near HaZon.
