If you learn to play basketball, you've got to learn to dribble with your head up. Expertise gives you ease and something that's automatic in a sense, right? So you do it with ease and with pleasure and it's automatic. You also in these moments lose track of yourself, right? If you're in the middle of a performance, you're not thinking about yourself. You're kind of lost in the performance, right? We talk about athletes being in the zone, right? It means they're just, they're not consciously thinking."
