What's Your Favorite Project?
If you don't know what you're doing out of school and you want to get promoted really rapidly, join a start up. And the mentor ship, i mean, always, i guess that that's always also the lesson. I ask every one i interview, whether you are right out of school, or even in school as a coot or a principal engineer, what is a project that you are most proud of? The reason i ask that is be ase i want to see and hear their excitement and how proud they are of their accomplishment. Then i can kind of dig into what they would do differently.
