What Do We Know About Dinosaurs in Bolivia?

Bolivia has more than 15 thousand confirmed dinosaur footprints, which is one of the highest numbers in the world. But they haven't unearthed big skeletons like neighboring countries like brazil or chile and argentina have. So why are there lots of footprints, but not any bones? Dinosaurs lived during the mesozoic era, from 252 to 66 million years ago.
