There is a lot of skepticism still I think in Central Eastern Europe, particularly in the Baltic states about whether this is strategic or just tactical. But I think that it reflects a reassessment of where Europe's own strategic interest lies. And there's a particular worry, obviously, ahead of the American elections next year that there will be less interest in supporting Europe and supporting Ukraine.
