How Do You Know Your Side of Anxiety?

M, i've been in the mental health field for like ten years now. I work from the lens of this type of therapy called emotionally fo therapy. It focuses on understanding what happens in our relationship and the dynamic that happens when ars conflict or a feeling of disconnection. And so when we're able to share, and your partneris able to say, no, you are important to me,. then that anxiety or that defense ove strategy can kind of go away. But it might rear its head again, and we say, ok, it's here again. What do we do? So that's the type of therapy that i do.
