The single most important thing that you will learn is when to operate and when not to operate. I feel like that was something that was if you were paying attention in residency. We had one surgeon who the joke was if you rubbed beta dine on the wall he would operate on the wall. That's a perfect way to say it without being too pejorative. And there are economic incentives. There are even and these are a version of economic incentive but there is even incentives in big institutions where they're going to do more because that's how you get your promotion and so forth.
