Do You Need More Magnesium?

The evidence suggests that the rest of us might need some additional magnesium, which is relatively inexpensive and easy to supplement. For most people, magnesium can be relaxing and help them sleep; I find it actually keeps me awake. So I take magnesium in the morning, however, most people seem to benefit from taking it at night. And a note on forms, there are many different forms of magnesium and I actually prefer a varied approach to really cover the bases.
