You can find me on line at self grounded therapy dot org. You have to live in the state of colorado for me to legally see you for individual absessions. Right now i'm doing just individual sessions for adults. I do have a group for people who have suicidal thoughts, but have not been doing that during covid because i really want it to be in persono. When we're in person again, that will be something that i offer again, hopefully.
