Does NAC Really Need to Accredit Institutions?

There have been several allegations where the institutions have said that there are issues with the process being fair. There will be some sort of an inquiry because clearly one is seeing that little known institutions, that don't even have great placement and courts are doing extremely well when it comes to NAC meetings.
