The Importance of Alec Pierce in the NFL

Pierce needs to be that downfield threat, which was his calling card coming out of Cincinnati. He's a useful player, but I don't know if he's going to be anything more than that. Gus Bradley is so good at structuring the cadence of how you call a game and working with that stuff. It just would be a real loss to them if that kind of falls by the wayside.
