Silicone Sheets Are Great for Baking

Silicones are resistant to microbial growth. Because they are so hydrophobic, germs have trouble sticking to silicone. Silicone sheets usually don't crease along the folds which makes them great for baking sheets. You can bake in or on silicone because silicone is a bad heat conductor.
