Chronic sleep loss is worse for everything than then acute sleep loss. The effects on strength are far less than the rest of the effects and exercise performance which is kind of a consistent pattern. Strength endurance performance you'll notice it much more consistently, Eric says. You can be doing enough volume to where you might get injured before you actually start to see significant inconsistent drops in strength like we've talked about with overtraining or overreaching.
