The Padres are 19th in WRC plus 96th where 100 is average. Manny Machado has not hit, which is weird because who's more consistently great than him? The defense seems to have been a strength and that doesn't seem to be the issue. It's just that they're not hitting like part of it is the lack of timely hitting.
