The first thing you want to understand is your brain is totally normal. And what you need to start rewiring your brain is to for a while stick completely to low dopamine foods. Low dopamine foods are basically natural foods, not ultra highly processed foods that are being altered. For the next eight weeks, I recommend to go completely off all these processed foods and start eating whole foods only.
