Thena: Status anxiety is part of being alive to day. We've come from collective societies, where your sense of well being did not depend on anything that you particularly did. You can't define yourself by your group, by your family, by your ancestors, by the nation. That's a heavy and sometimes just overwhelming burden. The thing about ourselves is we're not very good at understanding what it is that we really want. And i think that to calm down first of all, youknow, you have to realize that your ultimate responsibility is to yourself.
