The Power of Disclosedness

I think it's really powerful for more people to identify. But very few people still tend to identify. And I understand why, because society as a whole is pretty ignorant. There can be a lot of situations where it can be a negative thing if you're actually identified. It can be used against you. We've seen a lot of progress since our book came out in terms of people disclosing.
