I think we have room for one or two more questions. Assuming China grows its arsenal to rival the US and Russia's nuclear arsenal, to what extent does three-way deterrence represent a fundamentally new and destabilizing challenge? There are others who say, no, we just need to have a capability to destroy a small number of cities.
