You're accomplishing some certain results, but you're not feeling like a success. You actually have to practice feeling like a successful person. Keep track of those control wins that are in your control. The other element of feedback loops you need is what I call a power circle. That includes coaches, mentors, friends, peers and people that will give you valuable feedback.
